Shipping Policy

At Cipher, we take pride in our efficient shipping process to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the details of our delivery process.

Delivery Time:

Once you place an order with us, we strive to dispatch it within a minimum of 1 working day and maximum of 2 working days, depending on the availability of the product. Our team will deliver your products to the address provided by you during the order placement.

Please note that the delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, unforeseen events, traffic, and special occasions. However, we will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. In case of any changes or delays, we will keep you informed.

Order Cancellation:

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order. Please read our Cancellation and Return Policy page to know in detail.  

Delivery Schedule:

Orders placed before 11 am will be delivered the next day. However, please note that orders placed after 11 am on Saturdays will be shipped on Monday, as our offices are closed on Sundays. We do not ship orders on Sundays.

Cash on Delivery:

Currently, our Cash on Delivery service is available for customers in Bangalore only. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers outside of Bangalore.
